I mentioned this in the Aragorn piece, and I want to expand on it. Let's explore what the inner child actually is. I've talked about the importance of your inner child from the stand point of healing it. But when I wrote Sunday's piece on the Story of Aragorn, I stumbled into this concept rather accidentally. I wasn't consciously trying to associate the inner child with one's inner divinity. It's more like I tripped over it while channeling myself and went "Whoa. What was that?" (My soul drops truth bombs on me all the time. I don't always have time to stop my soul mid-stream and go "Wait, elaborate! That's interesting!" Sometimes I have to go back later and look at what she said.) Since it wasn't a main part of the piece, I had to let it lie. Now I want to explore it more. First, here's the quote from the other day: It's the inner child that completes the process of unmaking those patterns and programs. Because the inner child remembers the taste of strawberries even when they're exhausted, dehydrated, starving, and consumed by the weight of their patterns. Incorruptible InnocenceThis is the specific concept I want to explore here. This idea that divinity is incorruptible innocence. What is innocence? Innocence is the complete freedom from guilt, blame, or "sin". Innocence does not know evil. It has never known evil. Does a newborn baby understand evil? No. It looks at the world from the eyes of pure, unconditional, unknowing love. It is purely ignorant of anything bearing any sort of energetic weight. In that way, innocence could be seen as energetic weightlessness. What does it mean for something to be incorruptible? Something that is incorruptible is something that cannot be tarnished by wear, tear, or exposure to the elements. Gold, for example, is an incorruptible material. A pure gold coin could sit at the bottom of the ocean for 10,000 years and when pulled up to the surface would look just as shiny as if it had been smelted yesterday. A person is incorruptible when they are unable to be tarnished by exposure to negative events. They are immune to the "elemental exposure" of life. A good example of this is a politician who remains wholly true to themselves in spite of whatever forces may surround them (on Earth, there are maybe 1 or 2, and you don't know who they are because they exist in small towns, not on the big stage). Another example is a nurse who, in spite of facing death, pain, and sorrow, still cares for each patient as if they were her very first patient. (There are many more of these types by comparison.) Therefore... Incorruptible innocence is innocence that never fades or tarnishes. It is an energetic weightlessness that persists no matter what happens to the object in question. This is true divinity. This is your divinity. What makes you a divine being is the part of you that no matter what happens, you maintain that energetic weightlessness. That guiltlessness. That openness to experience. Your soul is incorruptibly innocent. You are incorruptibly innocent even in your incarnated self. It is that which we associate with the inner child but is actually Source in the body-mind that holds incorruptible innocence. It's the real you. It's who you actually are. And while this part of you may seem so small and insignificant, it is infinitely powerful. It is your true power, because nothing, and I mean nothing can damage it. Your divinity is truly invincible. I thank you for your time. Adiamas. --Kyriel
