I wrote recently about how alcohol does open you up as a portal, and how depending on your intention this can be a positive thing or a negative thing. I’d like the elaborate on this subject a little more. I'd also discuss something interesting about the role of the ego. Seems like every time I explore the ego, I find out more about why it's so important. Alcohol is a substance that is an opener.
There are many substances in the physical that are openers, and they all function differently. Most openers are psychedelic in nature in that they forcibly throw the ego of the consumer into the astral. (This is very dangerous if you are a person who is unaccustomed to being there. Please have an experienced and calm-natured minder with you.) Alcohol is a type of opener that tells your ego to sit down and take a break. Now, what’s interesting about this is this reveals an important role your ego has regarding your incarnated self. Your ego is the security guard for your physical body. That is one of its most important roles. It is protecting your body from astral beings entering it, whether they are positive or negative. It will even protect your body from your own soul from entering the body! This is why we must consciously train the ego to relax its security protocols on command as we spiritually develop and expand. We have to teach it what is and is not a threat. Alcohol basically tells your security guard to stop being a security guard. This is why it opens you up to potential astral attachments. If you aren’t at least partially aware that this is what is happening when you drink, this is absolutely what opens you up to astral attachments. Knowing this, is it possible to drink alcohol and not get an attachment? Yes. Because you are telling your body’s main security guard to sit down and go be off duty, your awareness of this means you can invite your soul to be the security guard instead. This is…well depending on your soul, this is either incredibly useful or outright dangerous. Some souls get up to serious antics when given full access to the body and no filters. Usually of the positive sort, but not always to the incarnated self’s liking. Other times souls use the access as an opportunity to make some changes in the lives of their incarnated self or the people around them. And souls at other times will simply run whatever autopilot programs exist in the body to get it somewhere safe. Souls do not have finesse when operating directly with the physical world. This is also why you have an ego. The ego is a translator for the soul into the physical world. It actually helps the soul to operate effectively in the physical, like making what the soul wishes to communicate or do make logical sense to others (and your incarnated self for its story). Also knowing all of this, is there a positive reason to drink alcohol? To this I say also yes, but there is only one and it has to do with letting the soul pilot the body. There are times in your life where you really do need the ego to be off duty or looking the other way. These are times when you are saying something to monumentally change your life, and that change is going to involve introducing chaos for a short period of time. Examples of this include: breaking up with someone, quitting a job, telling someone an uncomfortable truth, communicating something you’ve been nervous to say. In these specific times, sometimes alcohol is helpful in getting the ego to look the other way while you let your soul do the talking. Is it necessary? No, not at all. You can make your ego look the other way without alcohol. You can do that with your own consciousness. In fact, it is better to do it without drinking, because you’re flexing and building strength in your command over yourself. You’re also building natural courage. But let’s face it. We’re not always going to do the best method, and if you need to say that difficult thing you’ve been needing to say and just get it out of your mouth, alcohol can help you do that. It will not help you with the resulting reactions, though. All it will do is help you say the thing. That’s why it’s better to be courageous without a substance, because you might need your security guard to be on duty immediately afterwards. You might need to be on your toes ( “be on your twinkle toes”, ‘Yanna just said). I thank you for your time. Adiamas. —Kyriel Comments are closed.
