The Narcissist and the Empath

Today I want to examine the spiritual dynamic between these two patterns. I will not so much be looking at narcissistic people and empathic people as individuals. Instead, I want to look right at the dynamic itself as its own entity, because it is its own entity.

The Narcissist-Empath dynamic is an egregore created by Lyrian consciousness. It is most obviously observed and dealt with on Earth due to the high degrees of contrast prevalent on that planet. When Mari says, "Our problems originate on Earth, not at home in the Pleiades" this is what she's referring. Earth provides the clearest possible mirror for any race of any beings to view their internal shadows as a collective and as individuals. It's why many starseeds incarnate there.

Now that I've said that, what does that mean for the Narcissist-Empath dynamic? It means that this dynamic is most efficiently resolved using the Earth-mirror.

But what do I mean by this dynamic being an egregore?

An egregore is an energetic creation by a consciousness. Usually a conscious being or a collective of conscious beings. For example, every relationship is an egregore of the two or more people who are together. They create a collective together, and that collective expresses itself as an egregore.

In this case:

1+1 ≠ 2
1+1 = 3

Individual + Individual = Individual, Individual, Relationship

It's why when you break up with someone, you grieve it like a death of someone. You are grieving the death of an actual, real entity.

While an egregore is an energetic entity, that does not make it any less real. It is real. Everything is energy, and an egregore is a non-local concentration of energy. Which means it carries a lot of power and influence.

So, let's look at the dynamic.

The Narcissist-Empath dynamic is nothing more than a dynamic of mirrors. The Narcissist is the shadow of the Empath. The Empath is the shadow of the Narcissist. This is why they are so magnetically drawn to one another energetically--they are perfect opposites of one another. From the soul perspective, this generates a tremendous amount of growth for at least one participant in this dynamic.

However, notice I'm talking about this as a dynamic and not just a relationship, and how I'm referring to this as a collective egregore. This egregore exists inside the collective consciousness of all Lyrians. It does not always manifest outwardly, but the dynamic is there. It is the core energetic dynamic of Service to Others and Service to Self. Therefore, this dynamic is inside each Lyrian, whether they are conscious of it or not.

Now, before you throw your hands up and say, "But, Kyrie! I am not a narcissist! I don't have a narcissistic bone in my body!" That's not what I'm saying. What I am saying is that your empathic nature has a shadow side, and that shadow side expresses as narcissistic characteristics. This is neither positive nor negative. It just is.

Remember, there is great power in the shadow.

What does that look like? I'll give you some examples, because examples always help.

You're an empath. You see someone is upset. Your empathic nature has a superpower attached to it: you are able to detect and feel other people as if they are you. You are capable of emotional oneness, and it comes naturally to you.

The conscious (light) expression of your empathic nature would be for you to help that person who is upset with no thought of yourself. You are helping for the sake of helping.

The unconscious (shadow) expression of your empathic nature would be for you to manipulate that person into feeling better, because that makes you feel better.

Let's flip it around.

You're a narcissist. You see someone is upset. Your narcissistic nature has a superpower attached to it: you are able to know within a nanometer exactly how that person gets upset. You are capable of logical analysis, and controlling situations comes naturally to you.

The conscious (light) expression of your narcissistic nature would be for you to take control of the situation and manipulate that person into feeling better, because that makes you feel better.

The unconscious (shadow) expression of your narcissistic nature would be for you to take control of the situation with no thought of yourself. You would be controlling for the sake of controlling.

Do you see how it's mirrored? Your conscious expression is similar to the narcissist's unconscious expression. The narcissist's conscious expression is similar to your unconscious expression.

Consciousness is light. Light is neither inherently ethical nor unethical. It just is awareness. Unconsciousness is shadow. Shadow is neither inherently ethical nor unethical. It just is unawareness.

Of course, as evolved beings, we like to see awareness as ethical because awareness means positive growth in the individual. It means a greater perspective. That's us making a judgement on awareness. It doesn't have an inherent value like that. We put that value on awareness as a collective.

You've heard that narcissists see everyone as an extension of themselves? This is like the empath's natural tendency for oneness, but made into a shadow. It is centered on the self rather than centered on the other, but it is still an expression of seeing "oneness". The problem is the behaviors that generate from this point-of-view are not very cohesive with high vibrational environments.

Anything made from unconsciousness and shadow is inherently fragile. This is why shadow behaviors aren't cohesive for high vibrational environments. The higher vibration will tear apart anything that is created in unawareness. That's just what happens. Which is why we judge awareness to be of higher value than unawareness. Awareness is able to withstand higher vibration environments.

Which now begs the question: if consciousness and awareness can withstand a higher vibration environment, does that mean a highly conscious narcissist can likewise withstand a higher vibration environment?

Well, take a look at the Galactic Federation. While in the world of duality (Local Universe), even in a higher vibration than Third Density, do you not see conscious narcissists along with conscious empaths?

It's part of the dynamic that's being manifested by Lyrians. And it's being manifested by them as a collective, because they need a mirror to learn about their shadows.

I am absolutely certain there are other egregores manifested by other species. To find that out, just look at what they venerate and what they demonize. That will tell you what their mirror dynamic is. So don't go feeling guilty about manifesting this dynamic. Every species has its own mirror dynamic! This is just one specific to Lyrians due to our particularly emotional nature.

That said, the shadow has a lot of raw power within it.

To the empath, harnessing your ability to know others as intimately as you know yourself, and being unafraid of using that power ethically, means being able to inspire others into action. It means you can uplift an entire group a people--an entire planetary civilization if need be. You know how others feel and operate, because you know you are them. Therefore, you know how to move them emotionally. You know exactly how much someone needs to be pushed and in what direction to help them grow, and if someone is asking for you to do that for them, then that's an excellent use of your power.
