Good morning! Well, it's morning where I am presently anyway. Today I want to talk about some of the many existential questions raised by the movie The Matrix. These are questions that have entertained me for many hours on end contemplated throughout my Earth life. You think that's air you're breathing now?Morpheus: Do you believe that my being stronger or faster has anything to do with my muscles in this place? Do you think that's air you're breathing now? This question is a question that has been poking at the back of my brain lately, but not in reference to breathing air. My Taygetan family, specifically Seraphel, have been the ones poking me with the following question: "You think that's English you're speaking now?" Which of course, leads to the following questions on my end:
A rather extreme stance to be taking, but it's a serious question. My conclusion at present is that I cannot objectively know whether I am or am not speaking English. I cannot objectively know if I am or am not speaking Taygetan. If everyone around me is reacting positively to my communication and what I am saying is understood by those I speak to, does it actually matter? On the one hand, it does matter, because I want reality to be defined. In which case I can insist on whatever I like being the true one. My soul insists I am not actually speaking English. That I'm not actually writing this in English. I just think I am. Which is a very powerful thought, because the letters on the screen for my eyes right now are English alphabet letters and English words, and I'm writing left to right. And if I'm not actually writing in English and actually writing in Taygetan, and those of you reading this are reading this in a completely different letter set and top to bottom...I'm sure that's bending your minds a little bit like it's bending mine right now. Well, at least we're all in the same "WTF?" boat. It's like when you dream. What language are you speaking when you dream? How do you know what language you're interpreting is whatever language you think it is? Half the time when I dream, words are in different languages. Sometimes Earth languages and sometimes not. You just know what the sign at the dream airport says, no matter what the letters are reflecting. Ultimately, it often comes down to the more convenient perspective (even if it's not strictly true). As far as functioning in this reality is concerned, I presume all is in some Earth language at present. I have to function here, so sometimes the more convenient perspective is the more useful one. Until it suddenly appears as something else, which could easily happen since this is only a perspective. So, I'll hold both perspectives as possible, and function using the more useful one. This "how do you know..." theme is going to be a common in this post. Would you still have broken it if I hadn't said anything?Oracle: I'd ask you to sit down, but, you're not going to anyway. And don't worry about the vase. I've mentioned this quote before in another post, but since we're talking about the movie directly, I simply must reference it again. Personally, I like this quote much better than "there is no spoon". This one is much more powerful than bending yourself-spoons. The effect of observation on your reality is immense. It also addresses the gravity of being aware of how the power of observation changes one's reality. If I know something intuitively about something that will happen to you and I share it with you, does that change your reality? Do I change your life trajectory based on what I tell you? If I do, is it right for me to do that? But what if your life trajectory included me telling you? What if that was the whole reason why I felt compelled to tell you this future event? This is the argument the Galactic Federation wrings their hands over all the time. How do you know? The answer, like the first question, is you can't know for sure! You simply cannot. You are not Source, no matter how good you are at channeling your soul. You're still not Source. You still can't see everything. Therefore, in this instance, the right approach is to just act as you feel drawn to act. To say what you feel is the right thing to say. If that means I tell you about a future event, then so be it. If that means I affect your observation of reality, so be it. Maybe that's what's supposed to happen. After all, my soul is pulling me to do this thing or say this thing, and maybe that's because your soul asked me to do it. I can't know for sure, and neither can you. It's the dance of being alive. We cannot squelch what we are drawn to do for the sake of not "interfering" with another person's reality. That's people pleasing. And are you really? If you're the subjective observer of your reality, then who are you interfering with? If you're the only one here, then the only one you're interfering with is yourself. Which means whatever you decide to do will directly affect you, so you could just decide based on what you would do for you in every instance. Would you tell you about getting hit by a car if you take a certain route home? I would. What do you think it is your soul is doing whenever you feel compelled to go a different route? Just because you don't know the whole event that's about to happen, doesn't mean you still aren't being given a "head's up". So, it comes down to following what's in your heart to do. Whatever that is. What is real? How do you define real?Morpheus: What is "real"? How do you define "real"? Remember when I said I loved to sit and stare into objects as a child? This is one of those questions that I'm silently asking myself. How do I know my hand is really my hand? How do I know where I am is Earth? What defines Earth? This is one of those questions where your definitions are whatever you decide they are. What defines physical reality is a set of beliefs. What you believe is physical and what I believe is physical are two completely different belief systems that may or may not have overlapping elements. For example, an Earth human immersed in the 3D Matrix will not include much of what I perceive as real as part of their belief system. They don't look out at the world on a sunny day and see everything immersed in ultraviolet colors. I do. They don't see the little light ball squiggling across their vision as a light being. If they see the light ball at all. If they do, it's not a light being, it's them being tired. While I know it's a light being. And what you define as real is going to change as you expand your consciousness. It must, because your vibration begins to include more definitions. All of this also leads me to... How would you know the difference between the dream world and the real world?Morpheus: Have you ever had a dream, Neo, that you were so sure was real? What if you were unable to wake from that dream? How would you know the difference between the dream world and the real world? You could easily replace "dream world" with "astral" and "real world" with "physical" and still have the same exact question and answer. The answer is this: There is no delineation between worlds. It is all the same world. There is no "dream world" and "real world". They are the same world. How is this possible? So, let's go with we're having a dream/astral experience that feels completely real. I have had many experiences like this. Many. Every day. How do I know the difference between the astral and the physical? I don't, really. Because I don't delineate between the two at a fundamental level. At a practical level, I must, because we all must function as incarnated beings. When I have an astral experience and it feels real, do you know what happens to the "physical" world? It starts rippling and changing to mirror back to me what happened in the astral. What I just experienced as an "astral" experience is suddenly all around me in the "physical" experience. If both "worlds" are constantly mirroring each other, then there is no difference! There is no delineation between the two! One is the other. The only difference is the speed of energy vibrating, and even that's just something I tell myself is happening so I can be incarnated. If I let go of even that definition, then it all just becomes the same experience. One blends into the other. If that sounds scary, because you worry about getting lost in the soup of things blending together, then don't worry about it. Delineate between awake and sleep, dream and physical, astral and dream. Make those delineations because you need them. We have to function in a physical incarnated vessel, and if you need that to function, then use it! No judgement here, friend. I delineate reality sometimes, because it's useful for practical functioning. And that's what all this existential questioning comes down to sometimes, isn't it? What is practical for optimal functioning in a physically incarnated body?
Sometimes, you have to set aside your existential truths that bend and warp your perception of reality for sheer practicality. Sometimes, you have to pick up those existential truths and bend your perception into a pretzel. It's all about what you need to do in any moment. For this moment, I am in need of another cup of coffee, which I know is just an energetic construct I've manifested. But it's a delicious one. So, I'm going to go enjoy it. I thank you for your time, Adiamas. --Kyriel Comments are closed.
