Growing Up: The Phase of Disconnection

I was prompted to write about this by one of my family members. She wanted to know about the part of growing up as a child when you are temporarily disconnected (distracted) from your own divinity. Because it does seem to happen to most Lyrians.

Between the ages of 10 and 13, most Lyrians go through a short phase where they become disconnected from their own divinity. This precisely coincides with the age most children are taught more advanced skills of survival and fending for themselves. It's almost as if the ego needs to take center stage for a little bit so it can learn how to help the incarnated self survive in a physical world. So, when the ego takes center stage, the spiritual connection goes quiet.

Most children enter this phase without being very much aware of it other than a feeling of "growing up". Of suddenly realizing they are less and less a child, and they are now starting to become something else. I wonder what it would be like to be fully aware of the entire process. I imagine that the impending disconnection you would sense would feel disturbing. What if it doesn't come back? What if you stop being so close to Source for the rest of your lifetime?

I'll address that.

Normally--I say "normally" meaning in Fifth Density societies--this stage ends around 13 years old when suddenly the connection to your greater self returns many times magnified in power. But it presents differently than it did prior to age 10.

Prior to age 10, you are like a little light being of Source consciousness itself. You are not yet the "you" that your soul designed for this lifetime. You are the beginning stages of "you", but mostly you are Source expressing itself in a raw format. Your past lives are irrelevant, because you are Source. This is a fun time, and your power as a light being is raw and immense. You are precocious, wild, free energy running around in a little Lyrian body. Awesome.

After age 13, your connection to Source comes right back as you remember who you are. You stop being just Source expressing itself, and you start becoming your soul expressing itself. This is why your connection changes. Your connection to your divinity now adopts all the baggage your soul might be carrying, but it also adopts all of the mastery your soul has already achieved.

This is why I say the power becomes magnified, because your previous mastery over your power is now accessible. It can now be added to this lifetime as you can play with new levels of mastery achieved in childhood.

Of course, this all depends on what your soul decided it wanted to do with this incarnation and the level of forgetfulness it wants to apply. This is where I answer the previous questions...

Even on Earth. Even in the deepest settings of forgetfulness. Your connection still comes back. It is not possible for you to not embody your divinity in some capacity. You just don't remember who you've already been, but the skills come in. The abilities come in. If you're an old soul on Earth, it's very difficult to just be a "normie human", because you're too old for "normie human" experiences. Your higher vibration is always wanting to burst through the seams. It's your responsibility as a grown up being to allow that to happen.

In higher densities of existence, this still applies. If you are someone who as a child were practically a quasi-physical light being and you grow up...that doesn't go away. That doesn't stop. What changes is how you apply your knowledge and skills. Yes, you will go through a period where you will be distracted from your divinity so your ego can grow into its shoes. Then you get the experience of being your ego and your soul and Source all at once. You become multidimensional and capable of connecting to the Below just as much as you can connect to the Above.

But, as I said in a previous post, it's up to you what you want to do. You can set your defaults to whatever you like. But if you were wondering how it is power can grow and more abilities can be unlocked after you become "you", this is how and why.

Do not underestimate the power of an integrated ego. It can become your greatest ally. Your most powerful tool, because with it you can conduct Source energy directly through your incarnated self to the greatest effect.
